About
Galleon Embedded Computing provides high performance computing systems for the aerospace / defence sector and for demanding industrial and research applications. Our Oslo facility designs, develops and manufactures data recorder and mission computer systems for aircraft, UAVs and ground vehicles. As distributor and integrator we offer embedded computing solutions for high speed data acquisition and processing in severe environments with rugged requirements. In conjunction with our customers we develop innovative system concepts and deliver integrated complete solutions. Our products provide outstanding signal quality and reliability, high component density, thermal management and shielding.
Since February 2024: Galleon Embedded Computing GmbH is part of the SPECTRA Group
In addition, GALLEON will be exhibiting in partnership with our sister companies ArgonFDS and CALCULEX at the Embedded World Congress in Nuremberg this year from April 9th to 11th, where we are presenting our successful computing products together with a selection from the expanded portfolio of our group of companies. Quality and certifications
Uncompromised product quality is key to Galleon’s highly experienced staff with long experience from the military and aerospace markets. The Quality Policy of Galleon is to provide products and services that meet or exceed the expectations of our customers. In February 2011, Galleon’s Quality System was initially certified according DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 international quality standard. This standard encompasses elements of business operations affecting customer satisfaction, including management responsibility, resource management, product realization, and continual improvement. The quality management system was updated to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 in 2016.
